A case study of hospital food court

Abstract
This study aims at providing marketers the useful clues to understand customers` selection attitude behavior of hospital food court. A case study examined yangsan busan university Hospital in the food court, korea. Data were collected from the hospital employees, patients, visitors. A result of analysis of the main for selecting a food court and the utility of each attribute, the most important factor comes price(+2.67), quality of food(+2.67), hygiene(+2.16), quality of service(+1.66), ambiance(+1.33) in that order. these result show that customers`(employees, patients, visitors) preference for food court is korean food.
